What training looks like at each stage

Your body changes week to week, so the plan does too. Here is roughly how sessions shift across pregnancy and recovery.

  1. 1–13weeks

    First trimester

Gentle mobility and breathwork for days when energy is low and nausea is common. The goal is to keep the strength you already have.

  2. 14–27weeks

    Second trimester

Often the most energetic stretch. Build strength in your legs, back, and glutes, and adapt core work as your belly grows.

  3. 28–40weeks

    Third trimester

More hip mobility, breathing practice for labor, and positions that stay comfortable as space runs out.

  4. Afterbirth

    Postpartum

Once you're cleared, rebuild from breath and pelvic floor back to full-body strength, at your pace.

Dina adjusts every plan to what your doctor or midwife has cleared you for. Tell her about any complications before your first session.

Meet Dina

Dina Saad is an RYS 200 certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, certified in prenatal yoga, trained in Hatha-Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and a professional fitness instructor. She teaches power yoga and strength classes in the studio, and coaches women online with prenatal yoga and strength training through pregnancy, then postpartum sessions in the months after.

Her sessions mix yoga with strength work, because both matter when your body is changing: mobility to stay comfortable, strength to carry you through.

Before you book

Is it safe to exercise while pregnant?

Most doctors encourage staying active during a healthy pregnancy, but check with yours first. Tell Dina what they've said, and she'll build every session around it.

When can I start after giving birth?

Once your doctor or midwife clears you for exercise. Postpartum sessions start with breathing and pelvic floor work and build up from there.

I've never done yoga. Is that a problem?

No. The trial starts from where you are, and nothing in it needs experience.

What does it cost?

The trial is free. For cohort pricing and start dates, message Dina on Instagram.
